• Our rooms and suites are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and remain at your disposal until 11 am on the day of departure.

• For bed and breakfast the half-board price is reduced by € 30 per day.

• The third and fourth person in a double room receives a reduction of -25%.

• The reduction for children applies from two full-paying adults:

• Children up to 3 years: -75% of the room rate

• Children between 3 and 14 years: -50% of the room rate

• Children aged 14 and over: -25% of the room rate

• For single use of a double room, 40% per night will be charged in addition to the base price.

• A local tax of € 3.20 is charged per night and person aged 14 and over. This is paid on site and is not included in the total price.

• Smoking is not cool. For this reason, our hotel is a smoke-free zone. If you still want to light up a cigarette, you can do so on the balcony or at the entrance, where we have placed ashtrays for you.

• Your four-legged friend is very welcome here. Please let us know in good time before your arrival. We ask for your understanding that a surcharge of €20 (incl. small welcome food) per day will be charged for dogs and that your pet is not allowed in the swimming pool, spa area and dining room. We reserve the right to charge € 80 if necessary due to soiling. By the way: Out of respect for other guests, we ask you to keep your dog on a lead.

• Reception is open from 07:30 to 20:00.

• Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge. The deposit of 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

• For cancellations from 28 to 8 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.

• For cancellations from 7 days before arrival, late arrivals, early departures and no-shows, we charge 80% of the total amount.

• Meals not consumed cannot be refunded.

• Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in written or electronic form.

Please don't forget to take out travel cancellation insurance. Something can happen before you start your trip, with our travel cancellation cover you are financially protected. If you arrive late or don't show up at all for a booked hotel stay or break off early, cancellation fees may be charged. To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that these are covered for you by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
