Which room is the most beautiful?
It's like with women, men and everything in between: simply a matter of taste.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
Absolutely not. After all, we want our barman to have his hands full. What's more, we don't believe in overpriced minibar prices. The water that comes out of our tap is delicious, fresh and free. So get on the taps and get out the best thirst quencher ever!
Is it true that sometimes the rooms smell of manure?
This can be seen from on of our online reviews - although we think that Eau de Natur doesn't smell too bad. It's certainly not artificially overdone. Joking aside. It can really happen in rare cases. Because sometimes our farmers also work with manure to keep the meadows as natural as possible. It's called the cycle of nature by those who have studied it - we just say: that's the way it is and we love it. We are sure you will too soon!!
There is a wake-up call every day. Which one is that?
Our neighbour, the farmer Gugg, milks his cows early in the morning (05.30 am). It's quite possible that you wake up with him for a short while.
Are you really serious here?
Well, we just want to give you an idea of what makes us tick here. Yes, it's a 4-star hotel with all the services that a 4-star hotel should have - but we still love it simple, genuine and direct. And our valley, the Sarntal / Val Sarentin, is known throughout South Tyrol for one thing: being tough but warm.
